Unfortunately in my opinion this expensive, yet cheap in comparison to similar systems available by Ferrari, falls quite short of being a manual tranmission. It also unfortunately led to the mediocrity that become the M5 with the lack of manual gear box.
In conclusion, yes the gearbox is faster than most human beings on this Earth, except for a few very talented drivers, i think it takes away from the purity of the drive.
So go manual guys, or go home....
P.S. Rack of Lam, let the clutch out slowly. but don't ride it.
