Remember in the Flintstones cartoon where cars ran on human foot instead of gas? How cool would that be if there was an adaptation of that in real life? Well, obviously in the society we live in nowadays, everything is possible.
Introducing the HumanCar. There have been talks about the HumanCar for some time but up until recently, the possibility of it coming into fruition is rapidly becoming a reality. There has been a price set on the car ($15,000) and an availability date (April 22nd, which is Earth Day). The vehicle's dual electric motors give you a top speed of 30 mph plus the added human power input variable. And that's for the base model. You will also be able to add all the specs of a regular car, such as navigation system, an ipod connector, and the not-so regular specs, such as biometric devices to let you know how much of a workout you're getting.
