Nissan GT-R spotted in southern California!!

I have the pleasure of driving along the old El Toro Marine Base everyday. It is a nice strip of road with minimal dirt, gravel, and police presence.

As I was driving home one day from work, I decided to mash the throttle down and spin the tires a little bit and rocket through a quick quarter mile blast. As I was shifting through the gears, I could see in the distance a red car behind the gates of the base. As I got closer, I could see the lines of a the fabled Nissan GT-R. Sure enough some lucky people had the joys of testing a Japanese model GT-R.

All I can say is that it looked fast. I mean really fast. Later on I found the numbers that this amazing machine produced, here on American soil.

First off it spun an amazing 430 hp to all four wheels. Giving it as much as 574 hp to the crank!

Second it blasted 0-60mph in 3.2 seconds. A fraction of a second slower than the Enzo and about half a second slower than the Veyron. But it did manage to tie the 911 Turbo and 911-GT3-R.

Third, with a quarter mile of 11.6 @ 120mph, this stock machine can fly.

I guess its official, Corvettes and ANY Mustang, if I were you, I would tuck my exhaust between my legs and cry!
