"Resumed Production In Japan..."
Last week Japanese car manufacturers Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mazda and Mitsubishi halted production in several of their facilities following the shut-down of a key parts supplier(Riken Corp.) damaged by a major earthquake off the coast of Kashiwazaki City.
Riken Corp. restarted production of some auto parts on Monday after an extensive week of repairing, restoring, replacing equipment as well as fixing the factory's gas and water supplies.
